Below you will find all the needed information in regards to our dinner venue, options, terms and policies for our dinner services. In a separate form you will also find our menu options that are based on the 2015 ones in variety and pricing. Please keep in mind that additional menu options will be announced in February 2016.

 

A. The Dana Villas Wedding Venue for your wedding dinner (3-8guests)

  Our private wedding venue is only available for small dinner parties.

Terms and policies

– Due to local laws regarding noise within the Cliffside settlement all dinner music must be played at all times at a quiet relaxing level. In order to preserve the peacefulness of the surrounding area the time limit for a dinner on our wedding venue is 11pm
– Smoking is permitted as the area is open and outdoors
– A Specific DJ can be arranged at an extra cost ( DJs are only permitted as long as they use the Wedding venue’s built in speakers )
– In the case you wish to bring your own music we would be more than glad to play it from our venue’s built in surround sound system. Bringing your own music would preferred to be on an iPod or Pod device or even your mobile phone as we connect it to our Amplifier and play your selected playlist. In the case you have a specific music list please send it to us until a week prior to your dinner and we will prepare the playlist for you in the requested order.
– Dana Villas will provide within the dinner location fee the white chair and table fabrics, plates, glasses, silverware but not additional decorative items as flowers, ribbons ect (the extra items are at an extra cost).
– Menu selection can be either prearranged or from our wedding set menus or you are most welcome to order on that evening from our hotel restaurant’s ala carte menu.

 

 

B. Our private dinner venue for your wedding dinner 6-24 guests

Our new dinner venue is located in a private location next to our property only a 30 meter walk from our wedding venue. In a private secluded area with its own private entrance there is space for dancing and a maximum of 24guests . The panoramic views of the breathtaking caldera, sunset and Aegean Sea offer an idea llocation for your special wedding dinner.

Terms and policies

–       Due to local laws regarding noise levels within the Cliffside settlement all dinner music must belowered by 11.00 and turned off by12.00pm

–       Smoking is permitted as the area is open and outdoors

–       A DJ canbearranged at an extra cost (Permitted only if they use the dinner venue’s built in speaker system)

–       Live music also is permitted (Permitted only if they use the dinner venue’s built in speaker system)

–      Dana Villas wil lprovide withinthe dinne rlocation fee the white chair and table fabrics, plates, glasses, silverware but notadditiona ldecorative items as flowers, ribbons ect (the extra items are a tan extra cost).

 

C.    Our Hotel’s ala carte restaurant

Wedding dinners in our hotel’s ala carte restaurant  are available from 18.00-22.30 on a daily basis. Our outdoor caldera view restaurant is available for your wedding dinner from 2 to 10 guests. Our ala carte cannot be privately reserved in order to assure availability for guests accommodated in Dana Villas that wish to visit our restaurant for their dinner. Available for a small quiet and relaxing dinner our restaurant’s kitchen closes at 23.00 but our restaurant is available for beverages and cocktails until 00.30. Our restaurant does not provide a dancing area and all music played is maintained at a certain level to assure the quietness of the surrounding area.

 

Reservations can be made up to one day in advance

Available for 2 to 10 guests in total

Wedding dinner menus are available for over 5 guests dining at our ala carte restaurant

From 2 to 5 guests menu choices are from our ala carte menu

No location or Set up fee is needed to use our restaurant for your wedding dinner

Any special request for a menu with options not available from our menus must be made in advance

Our ala carte restaurant operated from April 1st till November 10th
